Gifts to the Towson University Foundation made online by credit card by midnight EST on December 31, 2025, or mailed and postmarked by that date, will be credited in calendar year 2025 for tax purposes. To avoid delays during campus holiday closures, checks should be sent to the TU Foundation lockbox: Towson University Foundation, PO Box 17165, Baltimore, MD 21297-0219. For IRA qualified charitable distributions, gifts must be received by December 31, and if using IRA check-writing, the check must clear your account by that date to count toward your required minimum distribution.
All funds received in support of Towson University are placed under the management of the Towson University Foundation, Inc. The Foundation鈥檚 mission is to ensure that gifts and contributions are utilized to benefit the institution as requested by the donor.
